——————————————————————————– Review from April, 2012 RECOMMENDED This Louisville Slugger Z-1000 TPX BBCOR bat is balanced with a good swing weight. ——————————————————————————– Review from April, 2012 RECOMMENDED Buy this Louisville Slugger Z-1000 TPX BBCOR bat because it feels right, not because it looks good.

It looks great, but the features a hitter needs are in how it swings and how it connects. The sense of balance is solid when ready to swing, as well as through the entire motion.

Also, the sweet spot is a bit smaller than non-BBCOR bats and the balls do not fly as far (that’s kinda’ the point, from what I understand).
